Choosing the Right Path: Therapy or Coaching
Every individual’s journey is unique. Therapy and coaching serve different, yet complementary, purposes. Both require trust, commitment, and a willingness to grow.
- Therapy is a space for healing, clarity, and emotional insight. It allows for deep reflection, processing past wounds, and making sense of personal patterns. Sessions are paced according to your needs, creating space for meaningful growth.
- Coaching is action-driven and forward-focused. It provides structured guidance, accountability, and strategic support for those looking to implement change and work toward specific goals in real-time.
While the approach may differ, my commitment to your transformation remains the same.
Understanding the Approach
Healing and Rediscovery (Therapy)
- Sessions prioritize self-exploration at a comfortable pace.

Prioritization and Performance (Coaching)
- Structured, goal-oriented framework.
- Weekly assignments and action steps.
- Ongoing support and check-ins between sessions.
- Includes a custom-designed planner: Created from years of experience working with individuals, this tool helps track progress, clarify goals, and provide accountability throughout the coaching process.
