Individual and Couples Therapy
Not everyone who seeks clarity is part of a couple. Sometimes it’s the individual just longing to be heard, understand a pattern of behaviour that they are not in favour of, to heal from a wound, or to prepare for something more. For the couple that is bogged down in continuous misunderstandings, this route is for you. I blend Gottman with faith-based principles to repair what has been broken.
Intensive Coaching
This is designed for couples ready to commit to complete change. The program offers weekly 50-minute sessions, structured homework, and close support via chat messaging. It is especially beneficial for individuals who need an accountability partner and enjoy a challenge.
