I had the privilege to interview a past client Noordeep Kaur, whom I worked with to uncouple from both a physically and emotionally abusive marriage and show up for herself, her daughter, and her lineage in a way that will have a rippling effect in her East Indian culture as a whole.  

We get deep into her transformational journey from self-doubt to self-empowerment. The journey never ends, but it gets to be a journey of self-love and acceptance of who you as at the core of your human evolution. In the end, love always prevails. Even for the abuser, we must treat them with compassion.  

It is a beautiful story.
